Description
“I created this guide when I realized that the concept of ‘healthy food’ is not the same for everyone.
In an increasingly digital world, finding information on nutrition is dangerously easy but not all information is scientifically correct. With conflicting information coming from Google, medically (but not nutritionally) trained Health Professionals and Social Media influences who have completed short, non-regulated, courses on nutrition; most people are feeling overwhelmingly confused. Confusion over what diets are scientific and what are not has led people to feel more stressed and overwhelmed.
While a one-on-one, personalized meal plan created by a Registered Dietician is still the gold standard to reach optimum health, I also understand that sometimes people are just looking to find a healthy place to start. That is why I decided to create this E-book, to give individuals a reliable and research-based guide on what it means to eat healthy, while incorporating your favourite foods such as Pasta and Bread.
My hope for you, is that you will reignite your passion and enjoyment for the food experience, while silencing the guilt and judgement that comes from “diet-rules”, “diet-culture” and societal norms.
This could be a practical way to begin your health journey”
